The TECHWAY team is currently composed of 18 people and is enriched with new talents each year. All employees adhere to the TECHWAY adventure, an SME that merges mutual aid and listening to carry out our business towards its growth objectives.
To consolidate this team and integrate newcomers, TECHWAY regularly organizes original and varied « Team-Building » events : introduction to indoor fall-free, birthday 15 years in Djerba (Tunisia), cooking class at the Ritz, ski seminar near Lausanne (Switzerland), etc.
