This transaction consolidates its position in demanding markets such as defense, aerospace, industry, and transportation, while strengthening its ability to innovate in highly technology-constrained environments.
With this integration, the group brings together the following entities: NCS SYSTEMS France, NCS SYSTEMS Benelux, Planavision, TECHWAY, and ACKSYS, covering the entire value chain of secure embedded systems. From electronics to professional visualization, including industrial communications. A unique synergy to meet the challenges of technological sovereignty and develop solutions adapted to critical environments.
A group that masters technological challenges
In a context marked by the rise of technological sovereignty issues, NCS Group is positioning itself as a key player in high value-added embedded systems. The acquisition of ACKSYS Communications & Systems gives the group full control over secure industrial connectivity technologies (Wi-Fi and cellular), which are essential building blocks for modern embedded architectures.

This transaction is part of the consolidation strategy initiated in 2024 with the acquisitions of Planavision and TECHWAY. Today, the group has a revenue of €40 million, employs 120 people, and aims to exceed €100 million by 2030.
